電子競技作為最新型態的運動賽事，正在尋找屬於自己的建築語言。

高雄電競館位於海洋流行音樂中心"小鯨魚" O5，室內300坪，在這個大跨距、大挑高的空間中，四條錯位的版片勾勒出電競未來的模樣，舞台上選手一決高下，現場觀眾觀透過螢幕一同參與戰局。這座微型劇場，整合結構、機電、劇場、音響等需求，試圖在電競選手與賽事轉播間，和現場觀眾共同交織真實的感動。

於2018年11月開幕。


eSports, as one of the latest form of sports, is seeking for its own architectural language.

The 900sm Kaohsiung eSports Stadium is located in the Maritime Cultural and Popular Music Center. A slipped geometry is inserted into this unusual wide-span space. On the stage, gamers will battle against each other on a particular game, with fans watching on screens. With its own broadcast studio, this micro theater is envisioned as a bridge between cyber world and reality, where people celebrate together.
