永安圖書館

新時代的圖書館將走入地方、深入聚落，運用知識科技傳播，協助地方。在200多年聚落中的新圖書館，永安分館將反映地方特色，重新詮釋，成為聚落生活中心的文化廟。

圖書館有雙層殼：內殼為貫穿整棟的書牆，外殼為映射歷史的外殼，而上下階梯就夾在兩重殼之間。這樣的動線安排，讓使用圖書館的記憶與永安聚落永遠連結。圖書館入口面南，然而圖書館主要視覺焦點朝向西側。圖書館主要動線由室內移出，上升的樓梯沿著西側、繞著建築物向上，這條立面上的動線，讓在圖書館中的使用者，在移動過程中一路看著聚落，到最高處的階梯講座空間，回望永安宮、回望整個聚落。


The library of the new era will reach into local communities, deeply integrated into settlements, using knowledge technology to spread information and assist local areas. The new library in the 200-year-old settlement, Yong'an Branch, will reflect local characteristics, be reinterpreted, and become a cultural temple at the heart of community life. The library has two shells: the inner shell is a book wall that runs through the entire building, and the outer shell reflects history, with stairs arranged between these two shells. This circulation design makes the memory of using the library forever connected to the Yong'an settlement.The library entrance faces south, but the main visual focus of the library is directed towards the west side. The main circulation of the library moves out from indoors, the ascending staircase runs along the west side, wrapping around the building upwards. This façade circulation allows users in the library to continuously observe the settlement as they move, and from the highest point of the staircase lecture space, they can look back at the Yong'an Temple and the entire settlement.
